HOW THE TILES READ
The art is the costume. The index stays right where players look for it.
Numbers in the suit color. Every numbered tile keeps a corner number: blue on the Dots, green on the Bams, red on the Craks.
Craks keep their numeral. The Chinese numeral stays on every Crak, above the art, with the red number in the corner.
Labels spelled out. Soap, Green, Red, Flower and Joker are printed in words, and every wind shows its letter.

Your dog on the joker? Roses from your garden on a Flower tile? Reply to your order email and we send a proof first.
You can swap the joker, any wind or dragon, the 1 Bam, the 1 Dot, or any flower. One design covers every tile that uses it, so matching tiles change together. Numbers, suit colors and tile labels stay as they are.

2. Reply within 24 hours. Send your idea or a photo you took. Library designs and your own photos are included. New artwork is quoted before we start.
3. Approve your proof. Your swap prints only after you approve it. Swapping adds 1 to 3 days.
No reply within 24 hours, or no answer to your proof within 5 days? We print your set as shown. A swapped set is final sale once you approve your proof. Send only images you made or have permission to use.

Your set is printed to order by our print partner in China and ships free with tracking. Plan on about 2 weeks from your order to delivery, and a few days longer in November and December. Your shipping email includes the tracking link. For Halloween, order a set by Oct 14, or by Oct 12 with a swapped design, a stitched name or a Trio. For Christmas, order a set by Dec 4, or by Dec 2 with a swapped design, a stitched name, a Trio or a Gift Set. Each date ends at 11:59 pm Eastern. If anything runs late, we email you a new estimate, and you can cancel that item for a full refund.
160 tiles: 36 Dots, 36 Bams, 36 Craks, 16 winds, 12 dragons and 8 flowers, plus jokers and blanks. Classic Christmas has 8 jokers and 8 blanks. Our other sets have 10 jokers and 6 blanks. Racks, pushers, a mat, dice and this year's card aren't included. The card is sold separately by its publisher.
Sets printed as shown can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email us first and we'll send the return address of our print partner in China. Please send the set back unused, with all 160 tiles and its box. Return shipping is paid by you, and the parcel can take a few weeks to reach us. Once it arrives and we've checked it, we refund you. A swapped set is final sale once you approve your proof. Until then, you can change or cancel your swap for a full refund. Name-embroidered bags are made for you and are final sale. A missing, damaged or misprinted tile? Email a photo within 30 days of delivery and we send a replacement at no cost. You won't need to send anything back.
